Information Regarding Wandering I Store and COVID-19

Amid the national and global concerns about COVID-19 we wanted to let our valuable customers know that we are taking the situation seriously and the following information is meant to provide insight into our process and what we're doing to address the situation.

First we would like to assure you that our primary concern is your health and safety and we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that our production and shipping facilities and processes are following suggested guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We also wanted to share information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the risks of COVID-19 in association with packages and shipments.

According to the CDC:

"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures."

You can find additional information about COVID-19 from the CDC at:

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

According to WHO:

“The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

You can find additional information about COVID-19 from WHO at:

All of our products are designed, printed and shipped from facilities here in the United States with domestic orders shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

You can read the USPS notice on the crisis at:

https://about.usps.com/newsroom/statements/usps-statement-on-coronavirus.htm

We are currently experiencing some minor delays to our production & domestic shipping timelines due to coronavirus concerns, but are getting all orders out as quickly as possible. You can view information on our regular production & shippping schedules on our FAQs page.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the USPS has posted a recent alert that they are experiencing “unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19” that are affecting delivery times nationwide. We have also received reports that they have thousands of employees currently out due to coronavirus exposure and/or quarantine.

Information regarding international shipments:

Due to ever-changing international policies and border closures we cannot predict how the crisis might affect shipping and delivery times to international locations, which we ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS).
