Wandering I wants you to love the item(s) you bought! If you're not satisfied with your purchase because an item is damaged or otherwise defective on receipt, please send a photo of the item/defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement item at no charge once the issue is verified. If the item is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.
Because our shirts are custom printed to order from the hundreds of individual options that we offer (including multiple designs, styles, colors and sizes), we do not provide returns/refunds due to other issues (incorrect size or color selected, etc.) as those shirts cannot be reused once printed and are unlikely to ever be reordered due to the specialized nature of each item. If you would like to exchange a shirt for another size or color, the following fee(s) will be charged to cover the printing and shipping of a new item:
$5 per item ($8 for international orders)
- Short-sleeve t-shirts size 3XL and under
- Long-sleeve t-shirts size XL and under
$8 per item ($11 for international orders)
- Short-sleeve t-shirts size 4XL and up
- Long-sleeve t-shirts size 2XL and up
We will email an invoice for any fees associated with exchanges and all payments must be made through our secure online system prior to the exchange being processed. Please do not send us checks or money orders.
Please consult the size charts and descriptions included on each product page throughout the site to ensure proper size selection and/or contact us with any other questions you may have regarding size or any other issues prior to ordering. Also, please review your order prior to checkout to ensure you have selected the correct item(s), color(s) and size(s). You can also review your purchase confirmation email after the transaction is completed and immediately contact us with any changes before the order is processed.
Once your photo is received and inspected, we will determine the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If you are approved and no replacement item is available, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days, (the exact time will depend on your bank or financial institution). Please note that we do not provide returns or exchanges for items that have been used and/or laundered after receipt.
Please contact us at email@example.com before initiating any returns or exchanges and for any other questions you may have regarding return/exchange issues not described above. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s) and we will only ship new items once the products being exchanged are returned to us.
