IMPORTANT: If you are inquiring about a delay with your shipment, please be aware that the USPS is experiencing delays in some of their distribution centers around the country due to mail volume, internal changes at the USPS and severe staff shortages as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although it might appear that a shipment is stuck in a particular location, it does start to move again after a temporary delay and is then delivered to the destination.
