Please note that we do not do customizations or special orders and that the products and designs presently listed on our website are what we currently have available. We certainly welcome suggestions for currently unavailable locations and we will be happy to add those to our list of recommendations for possible future addition. However, due to the amount of suggestions we receive we will be unable to respond the each one individually.

IMPORTANT: If you are inquiring about a delay with your shipment, please be aware that the USPS has been experiencing delays in some of their distribution centers around the country due to mail volume, internal changes at the USPS and severe staff shortages as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In rare cases, although it might appear that a shipment is stuck in a particular location for an extended period of time, it does start to move again after a temporary delay and is ulitimately delivered to the destination. We do not have any further information on USPS shipment status beyond what’s included in the tracking information on their website.
